OsterCraft’s construction portfolio does not only include residential home building, but also commercial development and construction.

From restaurants and strip malls to office buildings and medical clinics, OsterCraft’s Commercial Division has participated in all phases of commercial construction, including site development, building new structures from the ground up, even tenant improvement work. 

Current commercial projects:

• Milwaukie Avenue Mixed-use project; 2 commercial spaces combined with 10 condos in Sellwood (SOLD OUT with one commercial space available for lease).
• Water Avenue Lofts I in the South Waterfront area near downtown Portland
